National & International Business & Real Estate Negotiations

All negotiations are conducted with the client's full participation, after thorough discussion and evaluation of the client's interests and goals, related research as may be necessary, and development of a negotiating plan. Fees are generally billed at US$250 per hour, with a 3 hour minimum (fees are capped at $2,500.00 per day), plus expenses; however, national and international travel time is billed at US$125.00 per hour, unless the travel includes concurrent professional services (for example, reading and analyzing related reports while flying, would be billed at the standard professional rate).

General Business & Corporate Counsel Services

General business and corporate counsel services, such as Board of Director or Shareholder meetings, contract preparation, sales or investment due diligence, etc., are billed at US$250.00 per hour, plus expenses.

Litigation, Arbitration & Mediation Advocacy

Generally, advocacy fees are billed at US$250 per hour, plus expenses. All cases require an advanced retainer payment to be determined during the initial conference (initial conferences are at no charge).

Arbitration, Mediation & Other Neutral Services

Arbitrator, Mediator, Conciliator, Facilitator, Early Case Evaluator, Independent Fact-finder, and Private Judge Fees are US$250.00 per hour (payable US$125.00 per hour, per side), with a 3 hour minimum, plus expenses (pre-engagement consultations are not charged); however, national and international travel time is billed at US$125.00 per hour (US$62.50 per hour per side), unless the travel includes concurrent professional services, then the full fee applies. NOTE: Court-annexed arbitrations and mediations are charged at the rates set by the court involved.
